Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Flexing Buddy (the "Service"). By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who We Are
Flexing Buddy is a productivity tool that helps Amazon Flex drivers manage blocks, track expenses, and understand their earnings. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract our source code, except where allowed by law.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, our servers, or other users.
- Use the Service to spam, abuse, or harass others.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written permission.
4. Your Data
You own the data you put into Flexing Buddy. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription once the app launches. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform you purchased through (Apple App Store or Google Play).
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (such as Amazon Flex). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of any third-party service. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
7. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the block catcher will secure any specific blocks or earnings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flexing Buddy and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost earnings, or lost data, arising out of your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will do so.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll let you know in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
